What Is MAT Treatment?

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) refers to the use of medication to treat opioid use disorders as one part of a comprehensive program. Our detox clients also receive counseling, behavioral therapies and ongoing medical support to overcome physical dependence and withdrawal symptoms.

What Happens After MAT Treatment?

All of our detox clients receive comprehensive aftercare support to continue their recovery after treatment. This might include an outpatient program, recovery residence or community meetings, depending on a client’s needs.

How Long is Treatment?

MAT Treatment is typically part of a 5-7 day detox program, but we approach every client individually and some clients need more time.
