A Leading New Jersey Detox Center
About Endeavor House North
At Endeavor House North, our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, clinically sophisticated care that helps individuals build a lasting foundation for recovery. We believe that effective treatment goes beyond addressing substance use alone—it requires a comprehensive, individualized approach that considers each person’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Our team utilizes evidence-based therapies, medication-assisted treatment when appropriate, and a highly structured clinical environment to support safe detoxification and meaningful progress in early recovery.
Located in Kearny, we are proud to serve individuals and families throughout Hudson County and the surrounding communities. We understand the unique challenges facing our local population and are committed to being a trusted resource for accessible, high-quality addiction treatment close to home.
At every level of care, we emphasize dignity, respect, and connection. From the moment someone walks through our doors, our focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey—and at Endeavor House North, we meet each individual where they are, helping them move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
